Ingredients
  

  • 2 Cup Oats
  • 2 tbsp Chia seeds
  • 1 Scoop Protein Powder (est 13g)
  • 3 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 3 tbsp Maple Syrup Can be substituted with date paste
  • 5-6 Eaches Medjool dates Pitted, chopped
  • 1/2 cup Coconut Chips
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp Salt

Equipment

  • Baking sheet
  • Blender
  • Oven
  • Mixing bowl

Method
 

  1. Mix everything except coconut
  2. Bake at 350 f covered for 10 minutes
  3. Add coconut and stir, cover again
  4. Bake another 10 minutes (at 350 f)
  5. Uncover and bake for 4-6 minutes
  6. Let cool
